Please note that items with special features or those purchased during promotional (Holidays) events may take longer to process. During checkout, you'll be presented with shipping options for U.S. shipping or in-store pickup. The same options apply for shipments to Europe and Asia. Deliveries outside standard shipping routes may take up to 8 weeks. Please note that furniture cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

If you prefer to arrange your own shipping, please provide us with your shipping company's details, packaging instructions, preferred pick-up date and time, and any other relevant information. We’ll facilitate the release of your product and provide a condition report. Please note that any damage or loss during transit will be the responsibility of your chosen shipping company. You can pick up your order in person by coordinating with us and providing your preferred pick-up date and time. Please inspect your product upon collection.
For USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground shipments, we carefully protect products with shrink film, bubble wrap, and packing peanuts. The item is then placed in a sturdy cardboard box labeled "Fragile" and marked for upright positioning. Helpful Tips
